Dave was born and raised outside Atlanta, Georgia. He is a graduate of Berry College, and Fuller Theological Seminary. He is an ordained Teaching Elder in the Presbyterian Church (USA).

Dave’s greatest joy is ensuring that those he leads and serves love what they do and know they are loved. He puts a high value on the thoughts, feelings, and experiences of the people he works with and works for and is a passionate champion and advocate for both internal and external customers alike. He enjoys solving problems, diving deep into data and experience to produce innovative and relevant insights and solutions. Dave thrives in environments of constant change, intentional growth & development. Innovation and ambiguity enable him to flourish in creating culture and building new things.
Dave is married to Tera, also a Fuller graduate. Tera has the fun job as working with the Richmond Christmas Parade as the Corporate Sponsor Vice-Chair. Together they have a daughter, Eden.
